RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a replacement item/service. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Returns or exchanges are not supported if you order a wrong size, color, or you simply do not like the product/service. If there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues, incorrect service rendered and such, we can offer a replacement or the correct service free of charge. We do NOT offer refunds for tickets to our events unless the event is canceled. We also do NOT offer refunds for memberships if you cancel after the deadline to cancel. The deadline to cancel memberships is 48 hours before renewal, we do send emails to remind you before all renewals.
REPLACEMENT PROCESS
To replace an item or get the service corrected please do the following. For a product replacement, if there is a manufacturing error, printing issues, email us a picture of your new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and issue you’ve experienced. If replacement order is arranged, there’s no need to send the original order back to us, we will send a replacement to you within 7-10 business days. If issues arise with a replacement order, we can offer you store credit. If your service was not done correctly, email us detailing the issue within 3 business days. We will respond within 2-3 business days with the correct service. If you email us with any issues AFTER 5 business days, we will NOT be able to offer you a refund or a service free of charge, you would need to place another order and pay full price.

● If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, BMAA is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
