Jordan Hernandez is a seasoned marketing professional with nearly a decade of experience. Since graduating cum laude from Loyola University Maryland in 2014, Jordan has taken the marketing word by storm. During her 8 year tenure at Mediaplanet Publishing Inc. she worked with leading associations such as the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute and the NAACP as well as interviewed leading influencers such as Naomi Osaka, Sofia Vergara, Rita Moreno, and Patrick Dempsey for campaigns on various issues that ran within the nation's largest newspapers. She was the recipient of a Communicator Award in 2016 for her work on a Women in STEM campaign that was published within USA Today and nationally online. She climbed the ranks at the publishing house and ended her time as Managing Director overseeing all marketing and communications operations in the U.S. In 2022 she joined the newly formed marketing team at Citizen Relations as the Associate Director of Content Marketing. At the global communications agency, Jordan works with ‘Citizens’ from all regions to help build the brand’s earned and owned content. Most recently, she won the agency’s internal award The Mods which highlights employees who uphold the organization's values of Champion Equity, Set the Standard, and Do What’s Right. In her spare time, Jordan can be found running her cookie business Double Dough with her twin sister, writing for The Local Girl Media, running her 'Bookstagram' and Book Club Completely Booked, and serving on the board of 501(c)3 organization Party with Purpose.
